About These Terms

These terms apply to all orders for liquidation pallets and related goods placed with Liquidation Pallets Australia. By placing an order, you agree to them. We have traded since 2021 and keep these terms clear so buyers know what to expect.

Product Descriptions

Our pallets come from customer returns, overstock, clearance and end-of-line stock. Each listing shows the category, condition grade, product mix or manifest, approximate pallet size and weight, and any known limitations. Photos may show example stock and may not show the exact items you receive. Brand names, such as Lego or DeWalt, are used only to describe pallet contents where relevant, and we are not affiliated with any brand owner. Pallet contents and brands may vary unless a manifest says otherwise.

Pallet Types

•Manifested pallets: Come with an itemised list of products and estimated values.
•Customer returns pallets: Mixed returned stock in varying condition and sold as is.
•Mystery pallets: Contents are not itemised, and results vary from pallet to pallet.
•Wholesale and bulk lots: Larger orders priced per pallet or per lot.

Pricing And Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices [include / exclude] GST, and a tax invoice is available on request. Freight is quoted separately before you pay. We accept [PAYMENT METHODS]. Payment is required in full before dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if the price is clearly wrong, or if stock is no longer available, and we will refund any payment you made for that order.

Availability

Liquidation stock is limited and sells quickly. Listings may sell out before an order is processed. If a pallet is unavailable after you order, we will tell you and offer a refund or an alternative.

Delivery

We ship pallets by road freight to metro and regional addresses across Australia. The freight quote depends on your postcode, the pallet weight and size, and whether your address has forklift or tail lift access. Please give accurate delivery details and make sure someone can receive and unload the pallet. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and remote areas, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory may take longer. Failed delivery, redelivery and storage fees caused by incorrect details or no one being available are your responsibility.

Local Pickup

Pickup from our warehouse may be available by appointment. Bring photo ID and your order number. Risk passes to you when you collect the goods.

Risk And Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or pickup. Ownership passes to you when we receive full payment.

Inspection On Delivery

Inspect your pallet when it arrives. Note any visible freight damage on the delivery docket before signing, photograph it and contact us the same day.

Sold As Is And Resale Risk

Liquidation pallets are sold as is, and we do not guarantee resale value, profit, brand, quantity, condition or functionality beyond what the listing states. Estimated retail values are a guide only. If you resell items, you are responsible for testing them, checking safety and compliance, and describing them accurately to your own customers.

Please read our Return and Refund Policy. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Trade And Wholesale Accounts

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the goods involved, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit.
