Return & Refund Policy

Our Approach To Returns

We have supplied liquidation pallets to Australian buyers since 2021. Liquidation stock is different from normal retail, so please read this policy before you buy. Our pallets are made up of customer returns, overstock, clearance and end-of-line stock sold in bulk at reduced prices. Every listing describes the condition grade, the product mix or manifest, the pallet size and the freight cost.

Change Of Mind

Because liquidation pallets are sold at heavily discounted prices, we do not accept returns or give refunds for change of mind. This includes buying the wrong category, ordering more than you can store, finding the resale value lower than you expected, or deciding you no longer want the pallet. Please check the listing, grade and delivery details carefully before you order.

Sold As Is

Customer returns and mystery pallets are sold as is. Contents, brands and condition can vary, and some items may be opened, used, untested, incomplete or faulty. Estimated retail values are only a guide and are not a guarantee of resale value or profit. A lower grade or lower price usually means a higher chance of faulty or unsellable items.

Manifested Pallets

If you buy a manifested pallet, the contents should broadly match the manifest. Small variations such as colour, packaging or minor model differences are normal. If a significant part of the manifest is missing or materially different from what we listed, contact us.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where the consumer guarantees apply, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are not of acceptable quality, do not match their description, or are not fit for a purpose we told you about. We will always follow the law, even where it gives you more rights than this policy.
